Partnerships & Stakeholders
We collaborate closely with national Ministries responsible for Arts, Culture, Foreign Affairs, Tourism, Youth, and Sports, alongside local authorities and heritage councils. These partnerships ensure policy alignment, institutional support, protocol coordination, and long-term national development integration.
The Festival aligns with regional integration and continental development frameworks, working in synergy with institutions such as the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the African Union (AU), and the Kavango–Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA TFCA). These collaborations strengthen cross-border cultural exchange, tourism corridors, and socio-economic transformation in peripheral regions.
Through engagement with global institutions including UNESCO and the United Nations World Tourism Organization, UNWTO United Nations World Tourism Organization, the Festival advances global cultural cooperation, heritage safeguarding, and sustainable tourism diplomacy. Diplomatic missions and international cultural networks further expand global participation and visibility.
Strategic cooperation with bilateral and multilateral development agencies supports infrastructure activation, creative economy growth, youth empowerment, and long-term socio-economic inclusion within the KAZA-Quadripoint region.
Tourism operators, hospitality groups, aviation partners, financial institutions, media houses, and technology firms contribute innovation, investment, and enterprise development opportunities—strengthening the Festival’s sustainability and economic multiplier effect.
Universities, research institutions, traditional leadership structures, creative practitioners, and community-based organizations form the social and cultural backbone of the Festival. Their participation ensures authenticity, inclusivity, indigenous knowledge preservation, and grassroots impact.
