Ms. Neelo Lentebanye serves as Managing Director and Director – at Pitse Quadripoint (Pty) Ltd. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts (Theatre) from the University of Botswana and has established a distinguished career in cultural programming, creative direction, and international-standard event execution.

With extensive experience directing large-scale cultural productions, exhibitions, award ceremonies, and tourism showcases, she oversees the strategic design and delivery of the KAZA–Quadripoint Intercultural Diplomacy Festival. Her portfolio integrates artistic curation with operational precision—ensuring excellence across programme development, logistics supervision, stakeholder coordination, and premium guest experience management.

Founder of Neelo Management & Consultancy and 1966 Art Gallery, she has curated exhibitions and experiential platforms that elevate Botswana’s creative industries. Her international collaborations across Angola, Uganda, and Italy strengthen the Festival’s global cultural footprint.
